TransConnect Services Named One of the Best Places to Work in Memphis
Memphis, home to Elvis Presley’s Graceland and the National Civil Rights Museum, houses one of the city’s most sought-after places to work. TransConnect Services (TCS) has been named as a finalist in the Memphis Business Journal’s Best Places to Work rankings. The three-year-old company is one of eight finalists in the Micro division for businesses with 10-20 employees.
This is the first time TCS submitted the company for consideration in the annual Best Places to Work in Memphis awards program. So, imagine how thrilled everyone at TCS is to have been selected as a finalist on the initial entry. Eight TCS employees, including President and Managing Director Chris Courts, recently celebrated the honor by attending the 2017 Best Places to Work in Memphis awards luncheon.

TCS, a fuel card platform for the trucking industry, was formed in 2014 by Apex Capital Corp, a full-service factoring company that has purchased freight invoices from small to medium-sized trucking companies for 22 years. TCS aims to save its clients money at the fuel pump as well as offer them the same legendary customer service that remains Apex’s hallmark, whether they factor with Apex or not. That’s because the TCS mission is to level the playing field between small-to-medium-sized carriers and the larger fleets.
